I went to Kiesha's site and it was a pretty good read. Actually, I think it was really informative especially for beginners. The good thing about her writing style is that she writes from the heart rather than writing for the keywords which most often than not doesn't make sense to readers.
As for me, I still rely for the most part on SEOs for the content as well as (SEO) lead generation for the sales page. Although I don't solely rely on SEO as I also have telesales companies on the side for fresh leads.
The five tips she mentioned will surely help a lot of blogs, business blogs and sales pages in generating traffic as well as in increasing lead generation sales.
